Global Asset Development Group, Inc (GADG) develops sustainable, turnkey solutions in partnership with the people, communities, and government of Côte d'Ivoire and beyond.

Through these partnerships, we will find corruption free ways to develop housing and infrastructure, feed people, and fund large projects.   

AGRICULTURE 

GADG is building upon our partners having over a hundred years of combined experience in multiple farming methods, from crop raising to poultry farming to ranching to other livestock.  We are forging new paths with commercial-level aquaponic farms for fish and vegetables, micro-farms that use soilless mediums, and new feeds for healthier livestock.
With decades of experience in the trade, our partners have been making Ultra High Performance Concrete since 1964. They created a desert sand version in Saudi Arabia to great success. Now we are forging new paths by creating concrete from waste products -- ALL waste products. With these proprietary innovations, construction is cost effective because the concrete is locally made with readily available, locally sourced materials.
The building possibilities from our concrete are nearly endless. We can make that bridge or widen that road. And we can address a critical need for quality, affordable housing. Whether the need is  hundreds or hundreds of thousands of new homes,  GADG can support local initiatives for residential construction, skill training, and job placement. We have over 500 Civil Engineers at our disposal who have decades of experience building roads, bridges, airports, skyscrapers, and residential developments.

ABOUT US

Founded by Jay Hicks- CEO of GADG was started as way to facilitate financial opportunities for growing businesses. As it developed partnerships for this business, GADG realized the lasting impact was not in delivering financial services, but that true profit could be found in working together for global benefit.


GADG has partnered with high quality companies, such as a 63-year-old concrete maker.  GADG also joined a 27 year old technology consortium that produces state of the art solutions for the medical, mining and agricultural fields. GADG even added a sustainability subsidiary in Zero Waste, to re-imagine garbage and  turn it into materials for building, parts for vehicles, energy, and clean water. As a result it has evolved into a global turnkey solution for countries, cities, and communities looking to sustainably and cost effectively modernize their infrastructure.

African Executive Team

Every member of our team is  a leader who has made contributions to our society. Each one brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization. 

Jay Hicks

Jay is continuing the work of his mentor ,Lewis King, started in Cote d'Ivoire in 1992. He is building upon that by charting new goals with the help of improved technology. His 20 plus years in financial services, technology, and business have developed his vision to bring sustainable development to the world. 

Daniel Kodjo

Daniel's is the top executive in Africa. He is the General Manager. His experience both in America and Africa are the lynch pin between GADG, Inc and GADG, Africa. Trained at University in Philadelphia, Daniel has used his skills to develop operations related to agriculture, project development and business management.

John Stevens

John is not your typical lawyer. His over 30 years of practice he has worked in at over 15 African countries to bring justice and voting rights to people. He helps us understand the financial service and capital markets from the legal side. This allows us to find unique ways to access these vehicles and eventually set one up for ourselves.

Dr. Ousmane Diallo

The Doctor is the special advisor to the CEO. His experience as a professional is well known in Cote d'Ivoire and all over the world.  His experience and wisdom are invaluable to helping GADG Africa understand "how" to do business in Africa following customs and governmental procedures. More importantly, he is invaluable in point out  "who" to do business with.
