A Huge Problem needs a Huge Solution!
America. The United States has one of the largest industrial and commercial complexes in the world. It produces over 243 million tons of recycling. 91% of that ends up just like the 900 million tons of municipal waste. It is burned, buried or just let float in our oceans.
This trash can be completely converted into either high grade building products, beneficial soils, fossil fuel free energy, and clean water. There is even a social aspect in giving at risk people a chance to rebuild their lives and communities.
